Notes:
* Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.
* Electricity and gas are included except during winter season.
* Mid season rates apply for rental over the Christmas and Easter period.
* Long term lets in Winter season available at €650 p.c.m. excl. bills

Conditions
* Available from January to December for short lets,
(minimum one week) long term lets during winter and
low season only.
* Changeover day usually Saturday but can be flexible.
* Strictly no smoking except on the terrace.
* Due to the steep stairs this property is unsuitable for the elderly or infirm. Young children welcome at parents discretion.
* Fresh bed linen and towels (not beach towels) provided upon arrival
* All cleaning of property (including bed linen) during your stay is your responsibility
* Refundable breakages deposit of €200 payable with full balance to be refunded within 7-14 days of departure less any damages subject to inspection of property.
* Non-refundable deposit of €200 required upon booking of property. Balance of rental fee to be paid in full 6 weeks before commencement of stay.
* Total fee payable if booking is made 6 weeks or less before departure.
* A refund of up to 50% will be considered for all cancellations received more than 6 weeks before departure.
* For cancellations 6 weeks or less before commencement of holiday period there will be no refund.
